CrumbConnect was a interface prototype for an integrated inventory, in-store ordering, and online ordering management system for a local cookie specialty shop. It was created for a graduate usability engineering class at Virginia Tech. My team worked with the local shop merchant, performed a rapid on-site ethnography, developed and tested a lo-fi prototype, and tested a hi-fi prototype with performance benchmarks.
