User Interface Considerations for Older Users
Evaluating a lo-fi prototype with a user.
Summer 2004
User Interface Considerations for Older Users (UICOU) was a summer NSF REU project at Hope College. In effort to start addressing a digital divide, the goal of this project was to better understand the software user interface needs for aging populations. With a project partner, I designed an email client interface (SilverMail), and tested both a lo-fi and hi-fi prototype with several older members of the local community.
SilverMail was the subject of the following poster presentation:
